Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Our therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques and methods. From screening and diagnosis to treatment, we’re here to help you determine a plan to get to your optimal well-being.
What the Research Says
Decades of research supports the effectiveness of medication and talk therapy, with several studies showing that a combination of antidepressants and therapy is more effective than either treatment alone — specifically for depression, anxiety, and OCD.
Alone or alongside medication, teletherapy creates a safe and supportive space for you to process thoughts and emotions, and learn coping skills with a licensed professional. Thousands of studies emphasize the effectiveness of therapy for a variety of conditions across all populations.
All of our sessions are currently conducted virtually and aim to ensure a seamless experience. Even once back in our clinics, you can continue to attend all of your sessions virtually if that’s your preference.
Once our therapists and you find it safe, our clinics will be available to anyone who wishes to have in-person sessions. We have designed our clinic to promote belonging and provide the space to focus on you.
We know that life can get busy and flexibility is important. Once available, you’ll have the option of a blend of virtual and in-person care if that’s what works best for you.
Life is full of challenges and transitions and my goal, as a therapist, is to ease that challenge by partnering with you to build on your strengths and deepen your perspectives. Our work together will give you the space to grow, to heal, and to set new goals.

Therapy allows us to take care of ourselves for an hour a week. Focusing on me and my needs has been wonderful and empowering.”
