About Anny M. Sigaran:

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my advanced clinical training at Bellevue Hospital in New York City. There, I had the opportunity to work with patients in various mental health settings, including inpatient units, outpatient mental health clinics, ACT team, psychiatric emergency departments, and consult teams obtaining a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating psychotic and mood disorders.

While completing my doctoral program at Columbia University, I worked relentlessly to bridge the gap in mental health care access, ensuring that even the most vulnerable individuals receive the support they need.

Recognizing that mental health extends far beyond symptom management, it is my mission to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of each patient.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I am a passionate advocate for psychotherapy as an integral part of mental health treatment. I profoundly understand the impact that therapy can have on patients’ lives, empowering them to manage their conditions and achieve lasting well-being.
