Cynthia’s goal is to address mental health challenges, help clients achieve emotional relief and improve overall well-being. She offers a warm and empathetic approach to emotionally attune and tailor interventions to each person’s individual needs.

She helps clients honor their most authentic self in order to create a life full of intention and purpose.
Education & Experience:
Cynthia earned her Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from the Teachers College, Columbia University psychological counseling program.
Cynthia has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She connects deeply with her clients to explore narratives that may have been adopted through childhood, culture, societal factors, relationships, and other past/present experiences. She believes that we all have an innate capability to heal under the right conditions and creates a safe space in which growth is possible.
Cynthia’s journey and interests have taken her to practice holotropic breathwork, a yoga and breathwork practice, and she is an advocate for psychedelic medicine like ketamine for the use of severe PTSD and depression.
