Dear Neighbors:
We wanted to reach out and let you know that will be back to full operations on May 20 caring for patients. While we shut down a majority of operations in mid-March, we have been caring for a handful of critical patients (one day a week) during this time with Ketamine Infusion Therapy (KIT) as we could not abandon patients in critical need.
Our practice has been keeping busy and planning for a time to support our community’s mental health and have done a couple of things worth highlighting:
We have developed expansive safety protocols at the clinic for both patients and caregivers. These safety procedures include daily screening, appropriate PPE, and extra attention to staggering appointments to support distancing.
We will be sharing our new protocols to returning and prospective patients to gain comfort with in-clinic care and a shared responsibility.
We have changed our group practice name to Lenox Hill Mind Care, formerly Lenox Hill TMS Psychiatric Associates, to better reflect that our practice is more than TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). In addition to treatment-resistant depression, we care for patients with PTSD, Bipolar, OCD, and generalized anxiety.
Please look out for our new website: lenoxhillmindcare.com

We have promoted Dr. Lisa Patrick to Clinic Medical Director and have hired a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Dr. Patrick has been with the practice for 2 years and has shown a growing expertise with our interventional therapies.
In addition, her patient care standards and compassion has helped the practice standout as a leading psychiatric provider in NYC.
We wanted to engage and let you know that we are opening in full shortly (May 20) and want to help our community strengthen with increased access. When thinking about expert mental health care for your patient, co-worker, friend, or family member we hope you will consider our practice.
Your neighbors,
Dr. Roberto Estrada
